Maybe it is, but in any case, the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe says that the pipe, which is supposed to run near their land, could contaminate not only important cultural sites but also their drinking water if it leaks (which has happened before in other sites). Another possible route was already rejected for passing too close to the drinking water of Bismarck . Is it all right to contaminate water if there are only a few people? And they’re all indigenous?
